IELTS exam dates for academic and General training 2022

Exam dates are available throughout the year and students have freedom to choose IELTS exam dates at their discretion. There are multiple IELTS test dates that a student can choose for the test. There are time periods dedicated to academic and general training and then we have exclusive dates that are only available for the IELTS Academic exam.

It gives students a sense of freedom in choosing an exam date if it suits them to pass the test. IELTS 2022 exam dates are available on IELTS websites, where students can choose IELTS dates. Although IELTS exam dates are available worldwide, students should always book exam dates in advance to avoid problems in the end. There are times when students are unable to confirm exam dates even a month before the date they have chosen, and this can have serious consequences for preparation. Computer tests have a wider time frame to choose from because they are performed three times a day on all days of the week that prohibit public holidays. Students who take the IELTS test can expect a result within 2-3 days that will help them assess their future movement.

As for the IELTS paper exam dates, they are available four times a month and students can choose the date at their discretion. Students thus have 48 days a year to look for a paper test. There is a difference in terms for academic and general training, as the academic test applies to all terms. At the same time, General Training is available on some selected dates. Most IELTS 2022 test dates are available on weekends. The date of the IELTS exam for listening, writing, and reading is on the day of the exam itself, but the speech exam is usually on a different date. The speech test will be conducted seven days before or seven days after the IELTS date chosen by the applicant. Another notable aspect of place change may occur at certain times before the IELTS speaking test. Therefore, students should consider all scenarios before opting for IELTS 2022 exam dates.
